The Plateau 11 granite crushed stone aggregate showing is located on an unnamed tributary of the Davie River, approximately 2 kilometres east of Klaklakama Lakes.

The area is underlain by the Vernon batholith, a part of the Jurassic Island Intrusions. The intrusive is a fairly uniform, medium- grained quartz monzonite. The stone is composed of 10 per cent mafics, predominantly black hornblende blades ranging in size to 2 by 10 millimetres with lesser biotite, 45 per cent white, 2 to 5 millimetre anhedral plagioclase, 30 per cent grey white, 2 to 5 millimetre, anhedral orthoclase and 15 per cent smoky grey white, 2 to 5 millimetre anhedral quartz. Sub-rounded to rounded, 2 to 5 centimetre xenoliths were also noted.

There are two main target areas on this property. The first is a small granite quarry used by Canfor during construction of logging roads through the area. The quarry is 10 metres by 15 metres with competent quarry faces. The second is a continuous exposure of competent granite approximately 100 metres from the road. This outcrop continues along the entire 500 metre length of the claim.

In 2004, a preliminary resource estimate, to a depth of 25 metres, for the Plateau 11 property was reported to be 16.3 million tonnes at 0.65 million tonnes per lineal metre over an area of 500 by 500 metres (Assessment Report 27480).
